The Planting and Harvesting Foundation through the World Ministries, Inc. establishes in its policies for the performance of its functions and with the purpose of an efficient application of its administrative management, the following guidelines, expressed and that it affirms that are its policies to continue in the organization
That the people who are provided a service according to the established lines or receive an economic good feel satisfied with the treatment provided by the institution in achieving its objective.
Provide applicants with simple, fast, and practical documentation and procedure.
That each point or place where the service is provided is systematically linked to the central system, with a monolithic reality and an administrative dynamic.
That the organization’s service points comply with the procedures from start to finish to avoid delays in the services or goods required.
That the dispatch of merchandise or service assignments complies with the procedures of the place from beginning to end.
To ensure that the place procedures for any entry of merchandise with their respective documentation are complied with.
Do not authorize the departure of merchandise or assignments of services without first complying with the procedures of the place and the required supporting documentation that prove that they are intended for the social good according to the established parameters.
That the people who are benefited from some service or economic assignment are satisfied for having met their needs.
That each purchase made from a supplier complies With the procedure in place, based on ethics.
That the organization has the availability of several suppliers of the same line of product or material in order to have better purchase strength and avoid irregularities in the supply according to the aspects of a non-profit organization.
Apply purchase not only taking into account the price factor but other factors such as quality, delivery time, guarantee, and payment policy without forgetting that this organization is a non- profit foundation.
That the aid and assignments to people or institutions of dispatched merchandise reach its destination without defect, well represented, with a friendly and on-time delivery service; In addition to the follow-up with documents, with visual and auditory evidence, such as photos, videos, and audios.
Properly select the necessary personnel based on performance and profitability studies.
Maintain a good relationship and professionalism in the work area among employees, respecting their race, color, nation, religion, and sexual preference.
We encourage camaraderie among all personnel without forgetting the rank of position established in the organization chart of the foundation.
Maintain good communication between those involved so as not to affect the objectives and goals of the organization.
